By purchasing a ticket or attending any Foot Hub event, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Age RestrictionYou must be 21 years of age or older to attend any Foot Hub event. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No exceptions.
2. Dress CodeGuests must arrive in neat, casual attire. Management reserves the right to deny entry for inappropriate or offensive clothing.
3. Behavior & Interaction GuidelinesAll interactions must remain respectful and consensual at all times. No sexual activity or lewd behavior is allowed in public areas.All interaction between guests and models must remain within the venue. Taking models outside the venue, including to vehicles or other locations, is strictly prohibited.Guests may not pressure or harass models for additional services or contact information.
4. No Photography or Video RecordingNo cell phones or recording devices are allowed during events.Anyone caught recording without permission will be removed immediately without refund and may be banned from future events.Security may inspect your phone if there's reason to believe this policy has been violated.
5. Ticket Purchase & RefundsAll ticket sales are final. No refunds unless the event is canceled by the organizers.Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from Foot Hub management.
6. Model Safety & ConductModels are independent participants and are to be treated with respect and professionalism at all times.Any form of harassment, inappropriate touching, or violation of consent will result in immediate ejection and possible legal action.
7. Venue RulesGuests must follow all venue-specific rules, including occupancy limits and fire codes.Smoking and the use of illegal substances are prohibited indoors unless otherwise designated.
8. Right to Refuse EntryFoot Hub reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest at its discretion for any reason, including but not limited to intoxication, disruptive behavior, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Liability DisclaimerBy attending, you acknowledge and agree:You attend Foot Hub events at your own risk.Foot Hub and its affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, lost property, or incidents that occur at the event.
10. Media Release (Optional Clause)By attending, you grant Foot Hub permission to use any event footage or photographs you may appear in for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify staff upon arrival for a special identifier.
